Ulfsild's Contingency not triggering from Fatecarver

After activating Ulfsild's Contingency, activating Fatecarver does not trigger it. I believe it may be because of the cost is on tick and not upfront. Is this intended?

✭✭✭✭✭I haven't tested Fatecarver with Contingency myself this patch, but I do know that Contingency is proccing correctly on Banner, which is also a per tick cost. If Fatecarver really isn't proccing, its likely some other issue and not the per tick cost.Edited by CameraBeardThePirate on June 10, 2025 5:53PM0 -

Ulfsild's triggers on the cost, so if Fatecarver is proccing it on the tick then my guess would be there is 0 upfront cost.0
