Soul Reaper spawn melted into the rock

It feels odd to describe it this way, and I did submit a /bug report, but this particular soul reaper spawn dropped one of the first two mobs into the rock, so i could only kill one, and then combat ended, and it never progressed to the next stage. running away, and coming back would repeat the same action

My map above was inaccurate, I looked again on my rounds this morning and the spawn in question is a little further south of that one, right around here:

I've experienced this same issue, but at a different location (NW of Corelanya Manor wayshrine). One cultist spawns atop the rock behind the reaper, can be killed, and it ends there. I checked around, even below the cliff on the water level, but the rest of the enemies did not appear.

I've come across the same one.

I've found a few of them, all near cliffs/rocks that are bugged like this, so i'm guessing they all should be moved

The spawn on the beach below the Swencoast Cottage is still spawning 1 of the 2nd round of enemies into the swimming deep water, which then promptly disappears, causing the 2nd round to get stuck as it can't be completed.
