Suggestion re: Streak

Now that every class will have access to streak, everyone's annoyance with streaking characters is about to increase 10-fold. Not only is every sorc going to be streaking, but every single character will have the ability to equip streak and be able to have an unblockable stun AND be able to streak and get away with zero risk.

That said, I think streak is in a position where it needs to be looked at. Currently, there are two versions of streak - one that gives you a long-distance dash ability that has no stun and one that has a stun component. And everyone uses the version with the stun. There is quite literally no need to equip the other version of streak unless you want to use streak without interfering with a ball group pull. It can be used for BOTH offensive and defensive purposes.

What I think ought to be done with streak is that there should be an offensive morph and a defensive morph of streak. Here is how it would work:

Offensive morph - built to be used offensively in conjunction with attacking your opponent. Features current stun, but the length of travel should be very limited/small - only 5 meters. This allows you to streak through your opponent(s) and open up with an unblockable stun, thus giving you the initiative instantly. The downside is that you can't use this as a getaway tool because its travel distance is limited and it gets too costly to gain a sizable gap on your opponents.

Defensive morph - built to be uses as a purely defensive tool. You give up the stun, but you gain significant travel distance. This would make it a much better tool for escaping engagements you want to get away from, but you completely lose the ability to use it offensively by giving you an unblockable stun in close quarters combat.

IMO, this makes way too much sense for it to NOT be a thing. Make players choose how they want to use this ability and build around it. If they want to use it for offensive purposes, great, there is a morph for that. If they want to use it for defensive purposes to break engagements - there is a morph for that.

There just shouldn't be a morph that can be universally used for all purposes.
