Addition To Scribing Being Base Game

With the addition of scribing coming to base game, I think it'd be beneficial if luminous ink & scripts would just start dropping from day 1 on a new player's account. We do this already with leads and the antiquities system, so why not with scribing? That is all
Nothing major and it's no biggie, but think it'd be nice to tack that on.
