Bound Aegis passive effects not applied

Hi all,
since U46 release and subclassing i noticed that the minor resolve and protection from Bound Aegis are not applied when the skill is put on the bar via any addon (WW in my example) or generally missing after death.
only way to resolve it (pun intended), is by drag&dropping it which is kinda dumb tbh xD
please fix ZOS

That's an addon issue. You should contact the author on ESOUI as it would appear the addon isn't slotting the skill properly. ZOS can't fix that.
