Oleander Coast Winery bug

Since update 46 there has been a bug with using the Blade of Woe at Oleander Coast winery, where either the Blade of Woe doesn't come up at all or it comes up but then disappears as soon as you try to press it, has happened 1 in every 2 times I have tried going to that area.
Also, a complete loss of control over character happened once, not being able to do anything.
