Bound Aegis/Runeguard of Freedom pairing bug.

There appears to be a bug with Bound Aegis and Runeguard of Freedom being paired together. When I have Bound Aegis slotted (giving minor protection and resolve), and cast Runeguard of Freedom (also gives minor protection and resolve), I gain 0 armor. This indicates Aegis of the Unseen is not activating, since it is the only new armor gain possible.
When Runeguard of Freedom ends, my armor goes down to a value without minor resolve, and the active effect for resolve and protection go away until I barswap back to the Bound Aegis bar.
I believe this is a bug unique to this pairing of skills, but could be connected to them both being class skills from different classes. Or possibly due to the fact they both offer two of the same buffs. When I tried slotting Temporal Guard (passive minor protection), and cast Runeguard, the minor protection returned to being active and not on a timer. When I cast Resolving Vigor with Bound Aegis slotted, the minor resolve returned to being active and not on a timer.
This is a fairly frustrating bug because it means I cannot effectively use both Bound Aegis and Runeguard of Freedom in a setup due to 1) not getting the armor from Aegis of the Unseen, and 2) losing my minor protection and resolve until I barswap twice. I'd have to use cruxweaver armor (redundant since our healer supplies major resolve) or another Soldier of Apocrypha skill that does less for my group.
