So what we do here? nerf arcanist? This skill needs to go first. Please rework this skill, even if it's just to remove the infinite crux generation.

Sounds like your issues with the ability are:
1) Arcanist beam is overpowered/needs nerfed, I agree
2) Bannerbearer visual effects are annoying and too much, I also agree
