Need Build Ideas

PVE only, I know it won't be meta but still want to do decent damage.

Looking to do a vamp NB assassin build, but with destro and dual wield bars. While levelling was going to use DB / TG armour rewards where possible.
Armour setup? 5L/2M, 5M/2L?

Race? Khajiit or Dunmer for the best of both? Orc for stam racial passives and all attributes into magicka, or Altmer/Breton magicka passives and all stamina attributes.

Have done a Bosmer stamina bow/dual version but only level 30 so rather than respec I'm going to start over.

Any help appreciated.

Playing a 5-7 medium armor khajiit is really nice for the sneak bonuses. I think you can get nearly to the max sneak without all that armor or on a different race, but there are a few enemies with much bigger detection areas that I come across.

Khajiit is also the only race with a pickpocket chance bonus, which adds up overtime to a lot less failing and running away and restarting. Khajiit's also solid for DPS, mag or stam, but not the #1 (you might go over the crit damage cap for PvE with certain setups).

I have a good assassin build.
Khajiit Nightblade. Stamina, Lover, 5-2, Tzogvin's Warband, Order's Wrath and Mora's Whispers.
Assassination, Shadow and Storm Calling.

I SOLOed vet Wayrest I yesterday and it was a blast. Only died once at the last Boss. Everything else was smooth.

And I use the red textures for Hurricane, so she looks really bloody. Dangerous, dreadful even with all the shadow animations.
