Skills missing

My skills bar has only class skills, no weapon, armor, guild, or other skills. The one ability I had from scribing is in a separate window with no way to add it to my action bar. I am having no UI errors, but this condition persists even without any addons. What gives?

OK figured it out... it's an addon called "Spent Skill Points" -- hasn't been updated for a few years. Deleting this fixed the problems.
