Which class do you think is the biggest loser (in relative terms) in regard to Subclassing?

Personally, I'd go with the DK since all 3 skill lines are useful for dps.
This means that it will be a case of giving up something which is useful to access Assassination instead. Other classes have skill lines which don't have any use for damage.
Before patch 46 a DK could put in a good show alongside an arcanist but now it looks like every other class will overtake them.

That depends, some classes will lose effectiveness if they subclass, Arcanist skills were designed around the crux mechanic and only arcanist skills are able to generate crux, if you use fatecarver you're also going to have to use another arcanist skill in order to generate the crux required to make it worth using.

Not in love with my templar now w/ the change to my finisher and to the single target healing of jabs, which is (apparently) due to multiclass. But the plus side is that I can ditch 2 skill lines as a dps, and only get goodies. Wow.

Will try to make good use of (new) jabs with multiclass, because that's all what templars have.

I think Sorcerer. I think 90% of other classes will be subclassed with one skill line of the Sorcerer. I don't think there will be any other classes with the same adoption rate.

Except now we can also use the synergy of our own spear with Luminous. The change to the finisher is a plus IMO, instead of constantly have to reapply it, and now healing works even better because they changed the healing passive to work with ALL healing- meaning it also buffs jabs healing.

Arcanist best skills lost its relevance and strength. Arcanist was supposed to be a good balanced class specially for casual players, and now we are back to square one. Horrible.
