Corelanya Manor bug? (possible spoilers)

I'm stuck in the Corelanya Manor quest, Reanimatorium part. I mark the candle, the statue walks to the candle, parks itself in front of it and just stands there doing nothing. The option to mark the candle is still there, but additional marking does nothing. Am I missing something or is it bugged? I tried relogging, but it did not help.

Look around the area past the candle. There should be a prompt to mark the lever (different word, can't think of the right one). You use the candle to kind of path him around traps on the floor on his way to the lever.

Thank you. I did not see any other prompts but will try different camera angles tomorrow. I was confused that I can still mark the candle even though I already directed the statue towards it.

Yeah, that one was a bit wonky for me, too. But there will be a valve you can mark for the statue to walk to; it just wasn't as obvious as the candle.

I guess I was expecting it to be a bug instead of a puzzle since that would not be the first time.

A bit unrelated but I would love a player home that looks like that Manor, preferably not one in a realm of Oblivion, maybe on a hill somewhere with the same mist and haunted atmosphere.

The puzzle aspect of it took me by surprise; in a good way, though.

It is a well done atmosphere. Inside, everything is coated with dust and cobwebs everywhere (not that my home would be dusty, but that all does add to the feel of an abandoned and haunted house).
