Twitch drops not working.

According to Twitch I should be earning an XP scroll (until 3pm BST June 3rd, still 2 and a half hours away). It's at 1% not moving forward. XP weekend scroll.

It also claims that there is a crate, respec scroll and pony pet (6 hours!), for the new update. All I'm earning towards is a scroll.

Normally don't have problems earning drops.

Don't care about scroll or pet, but wouldn't mind my 4/5 gem crates

Just moaning.

Same here, the other drops are working, but the XP weekend one stalled at 1 %. It's moot now, since that drop chance ended a couple of minutes ago.

Yeah they do seem to be working, sort of. 2 hour for a scroll went first, now doing an hour for a crate, so is it going to be an extra 6 for the pony? so 9 hours for 3 drops?

I claimed the box and two scrolls but hat not received any of them. And yes my accounts are linked.

I got the pony but it doesn't match its description

It's obviously a pack horse loaded up with some mage's supplies, but is described as "loving flowers", "stabled in gardens" and "a superb companion for beauty lovers". Was the wrong description applied to the pet? I'd be expecting something a bit more 'floral'. Nothing about the pony says 'gardens' - it just looks overburdened and irritated...

This has been going on for me for almost six months. All other drops work for every other game. My account is linked, I have checked more than once. PC or mobile app - never get a drop anymore. It's definitely an ESO thing, but as usual, it's the players/viewers fault. I don't know why it doesn't work for some of us and it looks like we'll never know.

I've noticed lately that Twitch's countermeasures towards afk viewing for drops seems to have changed a bit. It used to be that if the browser tab lost focus the progress would halt/stall. Though yesterday I noticed that if the browser window itself lost focus, it seemed to stall as well.

In any case, it can't really be at ESO's end as Twitch does all the legwork for monitoring drops progress. If you're seeing the progress bar, even if it's just sitting at zero, then ESO has met it's obligation.

For clarity, have you checked the connection from both ends? ZOS reset the connection yet again on their end for me (seems to happen around the time they have their account maintenances), so while Twitch always showed things as connected, the ESO site showed they were no longer linked. Clicking “link” on the Twitch connection on the ESO site did not ask me to provide credentials; it just immediately linked again, and the rewards popped up in game.

For me it tends to always work on the twitch mobile app so just leave it afk on your phone if that's what you want to do and claim it later.

For my point? Yes, the connection is valid and extant on both ends. There's some sort of weirdness going on, but at this point, figuring it out is just a crapshoot.
