Some changes in PTS notes did not make it to live?

I noticed that some PTS patch notes are not in the live patch notes. Like Polar Wind changes for instance. So, it's still the same and didn't get changed?

It would appear so, though someone with prior logs will have to test whether its unchanged or changed and missed from the notes.
