So, where are these promised mount, pet and memento?

In game they are part of "Seasons of the Worm Cult, Part 1" upgrade, but i got nothing. And yes, I bought the Content Pass, I have access to Solstice

Does anyone got them or I'm not alone with this issue?

    I have them

    These are the names you need to be looking for.

    - Skulltooth Coastal Durzog mount
    - Golden Eagle pet
    - Remnant of Meridia's Light memento

    They are not marked 'new', nor did I get a notification ingame when I logged on, but they are there. Keep in mind this is PC only right now.

    Okay, i relogged a few times and they appeared after 3rd character swap xd Thank you ^^

    Usually there's a notification when you log in after the patch. There wasn't this time, but I did receive the items.

    Same when I purchased the new "season" pass on console. There was no notification at all. I had to manually locate the new mount etc. They were there though after relogging. Kind of aggravating though, considering there are notifications for just about everything, just an oversight hopefully.

    Why did you guys stop sending us the notification? We didn't get it today, or with Update 45.

      I seem to remember getting a notification for the pre-purchase bonuses (but I could be wrong - could be remembering notifications from something else).
