Razer Tartarus v2 keymaps ignored by ESO since a couple of months ago.

I have the keymaps set up with ESC mapped to key 01, TAB to 06, SHIFT to 11 and CTRL to 16. This works perfectly in Conan Exiles and until recently worked in ESO too. Then ESO suddenly decided to ignore the keymaps and read the keys as if they were the standard keys on a normal keyboard. What am I missing?

Coni✭✭I ended up having to but cannot remap ESC within the game, and using the capslock key as an option also toggles capslock on and off which is not iDEAL.

Coni✭✭I raised a ticket regarding this and was basically told the contact Razer. But it is ONLY ESO that is failing to pick up my keybinds. NONE of the other games I use the same keybinds for are affected.0

Coni✭✭Those keybinds were working fine in ESO until recently. I have been using them since launch! So it's definitely some in ESO that has changed as the same keybinds are still working in the other games I use them for.
The keybinds are set up using Razer Synapse. Until recently ESO was reading them as what I had set up.0 -

Before I test out for you, have you updated to the newer version of Synapse(ver.4)? I can test on Tartarus v1, v2 and pro on 3 different rigs with ver.4 Synapse.0 -
Coni✭✭I alsp tried going back to Synapse 3, same problem. Only ESO ignores the saved keymaps. Other games pick them up fine.0
