This took place back in January and since then we’ve had a new update announced, a whole new PTS cycle and an entire shift in meta yet we still haven’t received the results.

At this point the bulk of those questions and answers are going to be completely irrelevant

Nah, they did 3 Q&As. One for vengeance, one for BGs and one for Cyrodiil. The BG and Vengence ones we received the answers for, the Cyrodiil one seems to have been forgotten

ZOS has other priorities now.

Kevin did say they were working on it, but that this PTS cycle was taking priority. I assume we'll see it sometime after the patch launches in mid June. I do wonder whether they'll actually address the hard questions from that thread though, given that some of the most upvoted comments (the metric they said they'd use for question prioritization) were questions they've carefully avoided many times.
