I wish there were more Ald Velothi Harbor House type houses

When I say I wish there were more Ald Velothi Harbor House style houses, I mean gold houses of a decent size with a nice yard, multiple floors/rooms, or matching parts to make them, and interesting features, like the balcony.
It feels like a nice space that is reasonable to decorate, and fits with the zone it is in, and I wish more zones had homes like this.
