Was there any update to rush of agony or combat bug in the patch notes?

There was a lot of patch notes that came out with this most recent updates in multiple weeks thereafter I tried to read through them all, but I don’t seem to hear anything about either of these two can anyone help me out?

Nemeliom✭✭✭✭Not for rush of agony. But I did feel a change on combat bug. That isn't happening anymore.
