BSOD caused ESO or the other way?

I had a BSOD when I got into the game, not at logon or character selection. After getting the PC up and going I got the game launched only to find that i`m start a brand new game. That means I had to go through the very beginning and agree to all the agreements. So has anyone else had this?

First off, here is an article with steps to take regarding the crashing. Additionally, did you still have your characters and such once you finished the agreements or did anything disappear?

Nothing disappeared, just letting ESO know the crash.
