Keybind to turn off Gameplay Tutorials, or permanently disable them account-wide?

Is there an addon or anything that could set a keybind for Settings > Gameplay > Tutorials > toggle Off? Or some way to disable them account-wide?

This comes up mostly when making a lot of new mule characters quickly, like on PTS, or for event prep. Tutorials being automatically ON for each one is really annoying; they get in the way during every single action. I'd like for them to be OFF by default, but can't find any setting like this. I use the addon "Account Settings" by Jodynn & Masteroshi, but it doesn't seem to help with this.

Settings> Gameplay> Tutorials (bottom of the list, set to 'off')

EDIT: With the Synced Account Settings addon, you need to "save character settings" after making the change. It takes a in after loading onto a new toon for the saved settings to load, but should affect all new toons after provided you don't save tge option over it in the on position.

I do this, I've used it a long time; all saved with this off. However, even if using Sync or Restore on a new toon, there are a few things that do not get loaded, tutorial toggle state is one of them. I will probably just ask in the addon channel, this may need a new solution.
