Does the Weather Control collectible work?

I put it in my Sword Singer house and it has no effect on the weather. Lol

It was working fine on PTS, but I haven't done it on Live yet.

Are you activating the thing? It's like the Time-of-day ones where there are a few settings (clear, cloudy, stormy, default). Also houses that don't have a skybox won't work with it.

Yes, I toggled through all the settings, maybe a relog is needed? Seems like instanced content is having a struggle currently...

Silly question: does Alik'r have noticeable weather changes in general?

May be the change is so small that it does not really affect much? After all, Alik'r looks almost always the same.

Checked it in Daggerfall Overlook (finally I'll screen furniture without rain!). It works, but I saw no difference between two options, same rain and lightning. Good weather work fine though.
In psijic villa no change (as expected, weather is stable there).

It works in Dawnshadow, Earthtear Cavern, Seabloom Villa, and Ravenhurst. These are the houses where I placed the device so far.
