Can't enter specific Dungeons

We tried to run vet Moon Hunter Keep with a full party after 14:00 UTC
The following options didn't worked for us:

Queueing via the Dungeon Finder
Entering via the Reaper's March entrance
Entering via a shrine

Anyone else experience this issue?
