3500 Crowns for the brassy Assasin personality???? What the actual hell ZOS? What is the reason for the drastic increase of the price?

    Checked on website and it rly says 3500... Where it was 1200 before.

    It shows 2000 in-game (PC-EU), with an ESO Plus discount price being 1600 Crowns for me. And it appears to be a significant price increase since its previous price was 750 Crowns according to UESP.

    that is the morag-tong armor, not the personality. unfortunately... 1600/2000 would be ok. more or less. still too much imo. but 3500 are just ridiculous

    I truly hope this is a mistake? I waited 2 years for this personality and I have enough crowns to get it, but I just can't justify spending THAT much money on a single personality. I will not buy it for now, in the hopes that it was a mistake and they'll decerase the price.

    I recommend you sit things out in 1) them adjusting the price because it was a mistake or 2) the price dropping during it's last days of availability.

    It would be nice to have a comment from ZoS' regarding this. It definitely doesn't look good, but it could be an honest error.

    @ZOS_Kevin Is this the correct pricing? It seems like a mistake when the price is tripled out of nowhere - I've been looking forward to this personality coming back to the store but I'm not buying it at 3x the price it was in the past.

    Why is this stuff always on the player base to fix? The vast majority of the playerbase will never look at this forum or find out that you messed up. You have a list of every single person that bought this. Why can't you just give them back their crowns?

    please extend the time for this item to stay in the store, so people who will get it refunded have a chance to buy it again with the correct price

    Are you going to display a notification ingame to make sure every player who trusted into the old price tag gets a fair chance for a refund of their money? Any other plans to ensure that people will be notified?

    I don't see anything ingame to inform players and usually those who already made their purchase aren't known to return to the shopsite to have a look at something they already spent money on.

    Hi all, just a quick follow up to the pricing issue related to the Brassy Assassin personality. We have identified all players who purchased the Brassy Assassin Personality at an incorrect price. We will follow up next week with when we expect the refunds to occur.
    • Those of you who submitted tickets with customer service will be helped and no further CS tickets are required.
    • Players who purchased it for 3500 Crowns will receive a 2750 Crown refund
    • Players who purchased it for 2800 Crowns will receive a 2200 Crown refund.
    We'll have more information once we get everything set up on our end to process the refund. Thank you again for your patience.

    I got email from CS that I was refunded 2800 crowns yesterday, but haven't received anything yet. Is there some date when you guys are going to refund everybody at once? Or It's just I didn't get crowns back for some reason?

    I guess I did not. I think I just replied to the first ZOS response. Good to see everyone is getting a refund as many players never use these forums and would not have put tickets in.
