that is the morag-tong armor, not the personality. unfortunately... 1600/2000 would be ok. more or less. still too much imo. but 3500 are just ridiculous

My mistake, was looking at the wrong item.
It's a 273% price increase, for what reason ZOS?

How many might have purchased this product at the increased price and who don't read these forums to know that they have been overcharged?
Having to put a ticket it isn't going to help those players. ZOS should be reimbursing ALL players who have overpaid for this item, not just those who place a ticket. There shouldn't be a need to place a ticket.
Over charging the player base is not on and the onus should NOT be on the player to rectify it.
Hi all, just a quick follow up to the pricing issue related to the Brassy Assassin personality. We have identified all players who purchased the Brassy Assassin Personality at an incorrect price. We will follow up next week with when we expect the refunds to occur.We'll have more information once we get everything set up on our end to process the refund. Thank you again for your patience.
- Those of you who submitted tickets with customer service will be helped and no further CS tickets are required.
- Players who purchased it for 3500 Crowns will receive a 2750 Crown refund
- Players who purchased it for 2800 Crowns will receive a 2200 Crown refund.
