Bug? "Shadowy Creatia", looted when pickpocketting in the Evergloam for Wing of the Gryphon quest

I don't think this item is supposed to be obtainable, but when you're asked to pickpocket the ghost in the Evergloam by the river for the Wing of the Gryphon questline, it seems possible to get this item.
