issue ESO client / nVidia App

I recently installed the last version of nVidia game ready drivers
It installed as well the new nVidia App replacing older GeForce experience App

After that, I had many issues starting the ESO client.
The start is at least very sluggish and longer than before
Sometimes the client is stuck for minutes with a black screen before to show the login screen, or fail to start
And even one time, the PC crashed and rebooted.

The issue is completely solved by opening the settings of nVidia app, and disabling overlay for nVidia app.

Many players reported loss of performance by 10% or 15% in other games due to this overlay.
nVidia seems to be aware of this issue.

Nevertheless, it shows again that both ESO launcher and ESO client are very sensitive to other processus running on the PC, and especially during the connexion to the server
(see the unable to load skin bug for the launcher).

    You can disable:

To disable NVIDIA overlay, follow these steps:
Right-click on the Nvidia system tray icon and select NVIDIA GeForce Experience.
    Log into your NVIDIA account.
Click the Settings icon (gear) on the top right.
In the GENERAL tab, turn off IN-GAME OVERLAY and exit.

Also Discord can effect the game if you have to many channels, Discord will refresh alot as the messages come in which slows performance.

    Thanks

I have no more the GeForce Exp app, but their new nVidia APP.
In this app, you can disable directly the overlay in the settings / parameters of the app.
Just one toggle to switch in the settings.
No need to log in nVidia account.

I posted here just to give the info to other players.

Actually the new discord overlay has some performance issues with ESO client as well (in full screen). Disabling this and using legacy overlay made launching and tabbing in and out much better for me.
