How big is the release update?!?!
Is it larger than 20gb?!
Cause that's how much free space is on my pc and everytime I try to download the new patch, it tells me "not enough disk space"
I was able to install and play fine the last patch!
I've cleared disk space until eso is the only game left on my pc, still nothing,
defragged c drive, reboot, reinstalled eso, nothing worked. please help!

    Hi @macchan42‌

The error you are receiving,"Not Enough Disk Space" is normally caused by two different things on your PC.

First, the Elder Scrolls Online install requires 60GB free hard drive space. If you are sure you do have enough disk space on your hard drive, you can try running the patcher/installer as an administrator.

For Windows 7, right click the file you wish to run and find the menu option that says "Run as Administrator."
For Windows 8, the "Run as Administrator" option is slightly more involved. Here are the steps:
    • Switch to the "Metro Start" screen and start typing the program's name to see your program under the "Applications" list.
    • Right-click on the program name to see "Advanced" options.
    • Click on "Advanced" and then select "Run as administrator" option.

It's also possible your computer may not actually have enough disk space, or some of the sectors in the hard drive have issues. You should try running the disk clean up utility.

For Windows 7 follow this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/delete-files-using-disk-cleanup
For Windows 8 follow this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/delete-files-disk-cleanup

Please let us know if these steps get your install going.

Thanks for this, a friend experienced this on install. Admin rights did the trick for them!
