Swamp Raider's not working

So I been for quite some time now Using Swamp Raider's on my Bow Warden.
I've recently noticed that it is not buffing my poison bow abilities like it use to. Also my Master's Bow is not applying it's 330 Weapon spell Damage bonus either.
So my question is did Swamp Raider's get nerfed so it don't affect Bow abilities any longer?
I noticed it still buffs my subterranean assault, But none of the Bow abilities.
And I just can't explain why my Masters Bow is not applying the 330 with poison injection.
I'm Hoping to high heaven it's a bug not a nerfed build.
Anyone know?
