[Housing] Does Earthtear Cavern has a day/night cycle?

I'm thinking about a project in Earthtear Cavern and would like to know if it's possible to use the time device to switch between different time of the day (I have not purchased this home yet). If it's possible, does it make a noticeable difference or is it like the Coldharbor Estate or Doomchar plateau where time never changes?

    found this pictures on google by searching "eso Earthtear Cavern night" so yes it has a cycle and i think there's a noticeable difference.

    Thanks. I just bought the house and was able to set it to a reasonable lighting level I need.

    I really like this house but there is a ledge (on the east side, I believe) that cannot be reached due to an invisible wall.

    EDIT: I am directionally challenged, lol

    That is awful. I was planning to build on the ledge. Oh well, I'll think of something else.
