Returning Player - Should I wait until June?

I haven't played since Blackwood, so the new announcement caught my eye. I see they are going to have some help with returning players.

If I log back in today, will I have access to the returning player help when it goes live, or should I wait to come back until June?

If I log in to the testing server, does it have the returning players' stuff, or will that prevent me from getting the returning player help when it does go live?

Trying to decide how to move forward.

at this point, wait until this evening when the test server goes live, then maybe there'll be some answers to your questions.

That said, the anniversary event is on now, so logging in to get some tickets and rewards is not a bad idea.

Returning myself, but I won't til June, unless I feel like skyshard hunting. But I only PvP. I guess it depends on your interest. I have no interest in PvP as it is, so I'll wait til Subclassing and hopefully another Vengeance campaign
