UI Error: 3246E4DC when resetting morphs at temple

I keep getting this damn UI Error code: 3246E4DC when I try to reset morphs at Wayrest shrine. When I'm in the middle of resetting, the error message appears, and if I ignore it, the game completely freezes, and I have to force shut the entire game by using the task manager. If I choose to reload and I choose to reset morphs, the same issue appears over and over again.
Please fix this, it's really frustrating to be stuck like this.
