I'm not a fan of the new quest text colour palette for immersive responses.
I think that we really need to stay immersed. Thus colour palettes should be the typical ESO types. It's the bronze/gold wash throughout the game. No gay/bright palettes as you'd find in No Man's Sky or worse World of Warcraft.
Straight up the first options are "#70FF8D It's obvious that..." and "#FF8C70 If you care so much..."
This is terribly jarring. I'd much rather more subdued colours and indeed something consistent with the restraint as evident at the Outfitter stations (for the most part).
(My hex codes are just an estimate based upon a hunch, nothing more. I tried a colour picker / screen shots but the built in Windows utitilites couldn't cope).
On a more positive note... If indeed our dialog choices result in worthwhile/meaningful storyline forks then I'm all in! Adds to replayability too. And could even force me to build a character that will consistently lean a certain way in an RPG sense. Currently it's pretty much a waste of time.
