Effect: Inverts heavy and light attacks. Tap to begin casting a heavy attack, tap again to swing early. Heavy attack will swing and restore when it's fully charged. Heavy attacks no longer auto recast. Hold to auto fire light attacks.
May have additional effects.

Potential Additional Effect: Improves the resource restore of heavy attacks.
Alternate: Adds 3 pieces of heavy armor to the Constitution Passive (thus improving resource restore of heavy attacks by a similar amount, but can be bolstered by another set).

I'd rather see this implemented as an accessibility feature in the game's options where you click once to heavy attack and then not have to hold down the button to keep heavy attacking. Auto recast is disabled but you only need to click once every 2 seconds to heavy attack.

Yeah, I agree. I don't know if they'd do that though, that's why I suggested as a Mythic.
I'll see if I can rename the title.
