Will this end the debate on " Buff My Class Please " because honestly, this seems like a huge buff, for every single class in the game now I mean now I can have a nightblade that's streaks or a DragonKnight that can cloak or truly 3000+ new ways of class identity

Nah cause if its skill passives it will effect the class ingeneral. Reason why classes like DK battle roar ulti resources management is always powerful. While things like Nightblades recovery passive being weak.
