Early Subclassing Theorycrafting

Let's do it! Since we'll be getting the full skills, and not some watered down version, I see no reason to stop us from theorycrafting! 😁

So, here's what I've come up with so far:

1. Taking the healing class skill lines from Templar, Warden and Arcanist for all the AoE HoT's, and using proc sets that give AoE heals (like Winter's Respite, Hiti's, etc...) for the ultimate AoE HoT's build.

2. Taking the pets from Sorcerer, Necro and Warden, and pairing them with one set that buffs pet damage, and two proc sets that give you even more pets. Have your companion out too, why not? 😂

3. Using the Runecarver's Blaze set, along with DoT's from DK, Templar and Necro, the latter of which also has a passive that boosts DoT damage.

So much potential! Would love to hear what you guys come up with! 😁

Dawns Wrath Templar paired with Siphon NB and Animal Companion warden for a pure magic damage build with tons of self heals and mega ultimate generation.

I want to try the following:

    BASE: IMPERIAL
    CLASS: Dragon Knight (ALL HEALTH)
Subclasses: Templar [purely for Balanced Warrior] | Arcanist
    World: Vampire Stage 4

1: Searing strike [Burning Embers]: Burning Spell weave + Crimson twilight (9 items)
2: Chains of Devastation [Unrelenting Grip]
    3: Inferno Flames of Oblivion
    4: Arterial Burst
    5: Drain Health

    Ultimate: Gibbering Shield

    Mythic: Oakensoul

The idea is that you drop a chain on enemy, they start to burn, you then use chains when they try to run away, drop inferno flames with the buffed up searing strike, and nuke them. If you get to 50% health you use arterial burst for guaranteed crits, and build those up with CP, after doing a few, you heal with drain health.

@Stx - Damn. I just looked at the passives, and you're absolutely right about the mega ultimate generation. 😶
All that's missing is a dps rotation that ensures you fire skills at the right time, when the passives' cooldowns end.

@AusarViled - Interesting concept. What kind of content are you going to use that for? 🤔

Mostly for Open World, and BGS. I do not want to do raids or high committal content since MMOs are meant to be played in between the new games - to many elden rings, and Spider Man 2s' to just play MMOs. ESO is a good time filler when nothing else is out.

Front row: Blighted Blastbones, Crystal Fragments, Daedric Prey, Familiar, Twilight Tormentor
Back row: Skeletal Archer, Wall of Elements, Siphon, Familiar, Twilight Tormentor
    Ultimate: Storm Atronach

Sorc can forgo Storm Calling and utilize Necro's Grave Lord, which grants: Major Berserk (team buff), Minor Prophecy (team buff), as well as Major Brutality and Sorcery (provided by Skeletal Archer), Major Savagery and Prophecy (provided by Syphon), which allows Sorc to drink other potions such as Tri-Stat or Heroism instead.

    A couple of ideas:

    1. The Lazy Zoo (Sorc as base class)
    Front Bar:
Banner (DoT, Class Script (pets heal ally when dealing damage), Heroism), Daedric Prey, Scamp, Twilight Tormentor, Blast Bones, Ult: Bear

    Back Bar:
Banner, Contingency (Shield, HoT, Expedition), Scamp, Tormentor, Armor buff or Necro skeleton/mage, Ult: Bear

Can be either a heavy attack build with pets or a full pet build.

Skill lines used would be Daedric Summoner (Sorc), Animal Companions (Warden) and Gravelord (Necro).

Sets used would be either a typical heavy attack loadout, or use the set that buffs pets combined with sets that summon pets. Can be ran as 1 bar with Oakensoul in which case replace 3rd aspect on banner with something oakensoul doesn't already grant). If not using Oakensoul, run spell power potions for brut/sorc and proph/sav buffs.

    2. The Meta Beams (Arcanist as base class)
    Front Bar:
Banner (DoT, Class script (gain crux), Fatecarver, Runeblades (or flail), Radiant Oppression, Solar Barrage, Ult: Dawnbreaker (for passives)

    Back Bar:
Banner, Venomous Claw, Engulfing Flames, Tome Bearer, Weapon DoT of choice, Ult: Standard (this will be the used ultimate)

Skill lines would be Ardent Flame (DK), Herald of tome (Arc) and Dawn's wrath (plar)

Standard sets, velothi's (mythic), deadly, etc

Can simplify this by removing claw and/or weapon DoT and moving barrage to back bar and slotting inner light or camo hunter on front bar for the passives from those skills.

I hadn't thought of that. cowardly unmmoral sorc will be able to use something from necromancers. This is very bad, I am ready to abandon this system, but this did not happen. It would be ideal if the subclasses did not concern the sorcerer, in general it would be great to cut this class out of the game. it doesn't have anything good in it for the game.

It's funny that there are a lot of complaints about the imbalance of pvp. And most of all, there are reports that more pets are needed. this community cant be saved. today, after reading this unmmoral nonsense that a lot of people here are drooling over, I already consider the idea of subclasses to be a bad one. Yes, she can balance everything that is not balanced, but 1% of the players will make really interesting builds, everyone else will make more pets for themselves. or they will maniacally collect all the broken skills. People who take at least one pet to the BG with the current aiming system, you are unrealistically immoral and you seem to be playing just to annoy with your presence.
ZOS don't want to fix the necromancer under any circumstances. And any tools that appear to balance it also make the life of unmmoral cowards on sorc even easier. There are no limits to my contempt. Surround yourself with pets from all sides, take a strik and a cloak at the same time, it will be nothing but proof of extreme weakness and infirmity and not save from normal playrs in pvp.

Any class with storm calling lol.

The best part is if everyone doesn't chose shadow line then they can un-nerf cloak by removing and reducing lots of the sources for detections. Because obviously it's not that OP.
This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.

Interesting. I wonder what 3 lines give the most recoveries.

without slotting anything (going for all scribing):
    - Curative Runeforms: 18% stam and mag
    - Daedric Summoning: 20% stam, and -15% ulti cost
    - Shadow: 15% stam and mag

If you're any class of tank you will probably now take at least one of Earthen Heart from DK for Stone Giant/Battle Roar and Soldier of Apocrypha for Runeguard in place of your old Vigor.

And don't forget, Dark Deal from Sorc for infinite sustain! 😍

If Daedric Prey buffs Bear and Skeletal Mage by 45%, that would get really stupid really fast.

Yeah bear with a 45% buff would be crazy. But there’s a lot of crazy stuff at first glance. Individual skills that stand out as overperformers will have to be toned down.

I'd be surprised if it didn't, since it currently buffs pet damage from proc sets too. It's not coded just for that one skill line's pets. It's for all pets. 😁
