Thank you for posting this. I also missed out on the Orobos crown crate. Got all the rest of the rewards, but I think the stream down time stopped the clock so did anybody get the crown crate reward? I don't see how anyone could have gotten it as I was online watching the streams in real time.
Seems like it's time for ZOS to send everyone who logged on to the stream to get a free crate sent to their account. This kind of dysfunction bodes poorly for the future of ESO.

I don't know... my Twitch seemed to work fine, and I claimed all three rewards regularly. But I just had the first scroll in game.

Sometimes it just takes time to catch up. Just a few minutes ago I finally got the Scroll. Given that there was about 30 minutes between claiming each, I'm betting in about 30 mins I'll get the crate.

I believe that no one received the "Ouroboros Crown Crate" nor the "Skill Respec Scroll", because both only appeared after the finish of the live. Also, in my mobile phone I can see that we would need to watch the live for 1 hour, and the presentation was shorter. I only got the 150% XP Scroll in the first 15 minutes.
Anyway, I'm not going to complain about it, because I got the Monkey code which is way better.

That's not true for me. I watched the entire Live Presentation and I claimed all the rewards regularly. Then I received the Experience Scroll. After 3 hours I received the Respec Scroll. I did not receive the Ouroboros Crate, not so far.

Oh! That's lucky. I watched everything, and I logged in 30 minutes before it starts, and the "Ouroboros Crown Crate" and the "Skill Respec Scroll" only appeared after the presentations as no longer available. Good thing they used the code for the pet instead of the non-reliable drop system.
