Wrong animation about "Mages Guild Recall customized action"

Just got the early purchase rewards of the 2025 content pass. Found a bug about the recall action. The portal animation should appear in front of the character, not under her feet.

    @IdolaDeus Thanks for posting the screenshots! The portal should appear in front of your character just before you teleport. If you're not seeing this, would you be able to share a video?

    Edit: Nevermind, we see the issue on our end. We'll work on getting this fixed!

    Same problem here. I was wondering where the actual portal and mage symbol were at...at my feet.

    I was just coming here to post about it if nobody else has. I didn't see it popup under my character though, I just thought the portal wasn't showing at all.

    A bunch of ESO streamers I watch are also having the same issue. I personally, haven't bought the pass yet, but even in the Preview on my console, it doesn't look as intended. PS5 NA

    I have other issue: I've bought it yesterday and claimed code, but still no sign of awards.

    I'm on the fence of pre-purchasing just for this animation but having a visual issue and the chance of it be missing as a reward (as reported in this thread by other players) is preventing me from buying.
    May 7th is the last day it will be obtainable...

    Yeah, but I think we are 2 incrementals behind, so I'm note sure about timing, if we'll see it implemented already or next time...

    Where in my post did I say we are getting this fix? All I said was a patch. You can either tag zos and ask, or just patiently wait for notes tomorrow. 🤷
