Vague Value of New Game Pass

The 2025 pass on the store currently is extremely vague on what it offers.
It is 20 dollars more than an entire chapter upgrade but doesnt clearly tell you what you are getting for the money. This forces us to try and guess as to what is going on, and the first thought that comes to mind is...wait...weren't these items included in ESO+ before like the dungeons? Is this new content ours to keep forever? What is the replay value of this group event? Chapters have replay value in alts...this doesn't seem to have any, so why is it not in the ESO+ model instead?
It is way too vague for the asking price and leads to more concerning questions. Should be clearer. Especially when its a YEAR pass...that isnt even expected to start until MID-YEAR...so its a Half-Year Pass at $50 where a chapter upgrade is $30.
Yeah...not a good look and ZOS had to have known this type of confusion would lead to this kind of negative spiral thinking.
