How is Return of the Worm Cult different from chapters?

So, it's a Trial, zone, mythics, etc in Q2... Dungeons in Q3... and a story/zone expansion in q4 which directly follows Q2.

Excluding the regular new system/skill line/class added in Q2 what sets this apart from what Chapters were?
Right now, it's really only looking like the event.

Subclassing seems cool though.

The event and the fact that you have to buy the whole year's worth in one package.

During the brief time the store page wasn't crashing I saw the cheapest package cost £42.99 which is about double what the Gold Road Upgrade costs, comparable to the Gold Road Collection with all the previous chapters included.

If you don't subscribe and you typically buy all the DLC it's probably about the same as years when we had a chapter + zone/story DLC + a couple of dungeon DLCs, but for everyone else (subscribers and people who only want certain DLC) it looks like it's going to be more expensive.

Content not monetization-wise.
It's the same formula for a higher price tag.
