[BUG] Staff Underground Wearing Carnival Celebrant Costume

Only when wearing the carnival costume, my staff is underground on both the character select screen and when running around. Also when I have the staff out during combat and "stow" it on my back, it stays in place where I stowed it and when I run away, it floats in midair where I was standing when I stowed it. I am a Breton wearing the Carnival Celebrant costume, using the Aetheriusbound staff style.
