Werewolf Chaosball Polymorph Causing SEVERE Client Lag

Bug: The werewolf polymorph in Chaosball BGs is causing massive lag whenever they use their gap closer ability (and sometimes simply upon transformation). Pretty much everyone in the lobby reports a full second of client freeze when the gap close ability gets used.
