Where is the Torc of Wisdom?

I have tickets from the current Anniversary Jubilee event and not really sure what to spend them on. I see one item I'd like to get, that requires 3 fragments, but one of the fragments isn't available on the vendor. The torc of wisdom. Is this item coming in the future or was it some past item I missed out on already? Very confusing.

in next event, this every time zos only add 1~2 fragments can buy

there sayDuring the 2025 Anniversary Jubilee, you can pick up the first two fragments needed for the Robes of Truth and Law costume. Be sure to watch for updates on when you can acquire the remaining fragments soon.

I hate when they do that. Would it kill them to give all pieces in a single event? What's the betting the next event is bloody PvP or Group oriented. Those who don't do that stuff would be screwed for getting the robes.

It is already confirmed in the roadmap that the next event will be Zeal of Zenithar and will happen in June. Probably later in June. The event tickets will come from the daily that asks you to either 1) gain a level or CP, 2) dig up a treasure map or antiquity, or 3) buy 10k gold worth of items at guild traders.

Don’t forget you also have the option of ending this event with 10+ tickets so you can buy the last piece the day that event starts without even participating at all.

They need to keep the player online
if they did ,game will some month only 5-7k online in all time

There are a few May mini-events, but no ticketed events until June.

ESO tends to be light on events between the Anniversary and the major June patch. We’ll get more info on PTS about the upcoming events in June-September (I’m fully expecting the other MYM in July but then it could be anything after that… maybe an Undaunted?), but the things between now and June are in their roadmap.
