How to open a support ticket

In game and in forums I cannot find where to open a support ticket.

This is so that I may receive my Jubilee cake. Already two characters completed. Never sent to mail/tools/wherever. So... how to open a support ticket please.

Resolved. I was searching under "Collectibles". That is bugged. I must instead just go to Collectibles->Tools and there it is.

As I don;t need support and I assume Zenimax is aware of the search bug then the matter is closed. Thank you

It's not a bug.

"Tools" is one of the newer "Collectibles" categories, and is the category for collectibles that have a specific use, as in the case of the Jubilee Event, to impart tickets when used.
This year's cake will be moved to the "Mementos" category once the event is over, which is where all of the previous years' cakes are now, now that they are not useable to grant tickets.
