Phoenix Moth Theurge deactivates the additional critical damage we receive from Minor Force(Channeled Acceleration). It is not a visual bug
I have already submitted a Bug Report twice (The first time was more than 4 months ago), but it seems ZOS hasn't reviewed it yet, because there are no views on the video. So I decided to make a post here, as recommended in the letter I received
