Can Vampire's Mist Form proc any sets?

I have a spare toon that I'm trying to go 'all in' on with Vamp vibe and skills. I REALLY love the idea of the Blood Mist morph, but the healing seems almost non existent in real fights (PVE).
I was hoping to use one of the 'fun' sets like Unleashed with the build, but my understanding is that Mist Form doesn't count as a teleport/jump etc since you don't target any enemies with it.
That being said, it's the only skill that uses magicka on my bar, so I plan to try to have it up all the time. Would love to have some additional healing or shielding, but damage would also work.
Are there any sets that actually proc off of mist form?
