[Tales of Tribute] Psijic Psion drop rate fixed?

Since Monday morning's maintenance, I've suddenly gotten the Psijic Psion Breeches on PC NA (last night) and on PC EU (this afternoon). Prior to this, I was just getting the same page-- whenever I got one at all, which was seldom-- so I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed an improvement in the Psijic Psion drops? I thought Monday morning's maintenance was primarily for restoring Cyrodiil to the normal campaigns, so it might just be a coincidence, although it's interesting that I got the same page on both servers within 24 hours of each other.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!
