Need advice, have Stam Arcanist 130 cp, but now want to be a full healer/support for PVP, best class

Hi, I've been away for a bit and I am returning now, like title says i want to be a very useful and do more help then harm to my side and be a healertsupport more then DPS in PVP. So need help with a class and also selecting a faction to support. Also looking for a home guild for support and to support in this efforts. Also would like to see more PvE dungeons and group stuff with said group. So any suggestions on a guild that would like to help me learn and help me group, so in return I can help them and the faction.

I suppose you'll want to find a guild and, then, talk to them. That may be better done in game, through the guild finder if need be, than via the forums. Your very first priority, though, should be getting to CP160. You're almost there. Then you can think about gear that won't go out-of-date.

Arcanist is probably as good a class as any. I'm not sure what people prefer in PvP as a healer. The only thing I'll say is that being a healer will make you useful more to larger groups than small ones, e.g. 8v8v8 BGs and Cyrodiil, rather than Imperial City or 4v4v4 BGs, though it also depends on the BG mode.

As a small group player, I find playing an all-round build the best, e.g. I prefer partners that also do damage, that can help bursting down a target, and that can take care of themselves when you get separated. So I think a dedicated healer is more of a larger group thing or you can partake in the larger battles, in Cyro, as a random player. Probably not a bad way to make AP (alliance points) actually.
