How do I apply the "arrow through the head" style?

I bought this, but at the outfit station, it doesn't appear in any of the helmet styles.

It's not a style, it's an adornment. Put it on through your collections tab like a hat or costume.

it's Jester's Deadly Hairband in Major Adornments and it's a sword

I don't normally use cosmetics so i was unaware of this. but you can't equip this sword over your normal helmet.. i thought it would be a simple put it on over anything you have on at the moment. and now i am forced to look at my characters default hair and face because i dont do any customisation when it comes to creating characters. so i basically bought it to not use it. fun

I would suggest you put in a ticket to request a refund since it won't work the way you had in mind.
