Hi, have had some of the weirdest accounting experiences as I am sure there are some others that have had similar issues as I wanted to write in here first to see if understanding can occur rather than sending in for a ticket for customer support
Okay, so there is some confusion I have with what an ESO subscription is as I try to pay each month sometimes forgetting the due date as the monthly payment automatically gets withdrawn from my bank account. Some might look at this as a complex accounting structure as I am confused with some parts of the payment method of paying each month vs yearly payments
The 4 questions I have are listed below as a basic template for paying
1.ESO+ subscription
2.ESO subscription
3.DLC, Furnishings, etc.
4.Chapter payment
1.I do not understand the difference between a non-paid monthly account vs. paid monthly account, the screen in game earlier showed something that I could go into an area once an ESO subscription was established, the assumption is just paying the regular $20 game pass in Xbox right?
2.I do not understand the above
3.I have paid every DLC imaginable in Steam and just some DLCs as Fallen Banners does not show in Crown Store as available, earlier I paid for the companion character Tanlorin as the character was written in the Crown Store as given for ESO+ membership, the thoughts are that I did pay Gold Road back in Steam; however not in Xbox, will that affect Fallen Banners without seeing the new DLC in the Crown Store?
4.The assumption is that Fallen Banners is not showing because the DLC is chapter specific? I do not really go into Gold Road territory, would buying the smallest tier for the chapter help for later future full new chapter such as Deluxe version or whatever the highest tier is available? The thoughts I have for buying the smallest version of Gold Road chapter is that will help buy the full version I am waiting for, am I correct with the thought to pay full version chapter as I bought the full version of High Isle years ago, the chapter buying is confusing
Hopefully this will help the payment understanding a little more with less confusion
