Terrible rng or bug?

I have turned in 137 quests in west Weald so far and done I don’t know how many incursions with 0 new patterns. I could see the quests I held from before the update maybe not giving them when you turn in, but I haven’t even gotten any of the old patterns and was wondering if there was something along the same lines as the mask not dropping and a bug or if I just have had one hell of a bad string of rng lol. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Seems just bad RNG. I‘m getting plans from both sources, also new ones.

    But swap to another character, in my experience RNG is character based, if one character have bad drop rate for something it's better to try with another character.

    Sounds like unlucky RNG - If it drops at 1% - at 200 tries you still have about a 13.5% chance of having nothing drop, if it's 0.5% its in excess of 30% chance of having nothing.

    Oh I have 20 toons and up over 200 quests and still nothing, I’m just giving up at it and will wait for them to come down in traders.

    Sorry I guess I should have said I’m on Xbox and I’ve done all 3 quests on all 20 toons since the update plus the 60 I had banked from before release, but like I said gonna move onto the new dungeons at this point not worth the time to keep banging my head against a wall for nothing
